Quotations Administrator required to join a personable, productive and welcoming team in what will be a varied role. This position is paying from £22,500, plus potential annual bonus. Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday, 9.00am - 4.30pm.
The organisation is extremely team orientated, and is seeking a dedicated, loyal team player, organised and with an excellent work ethic.
Duties:- Create quotations for varying projects with a high level of accuracy
- Email client quotations
- Ensure quotations are sent out within a set timeframe whilst ensuring high attention to detail
- Multi-tasking various administrative tasks
- Liaise with clients by telephone and email
- £22,500 per annum
- Potential yearly bonus
- 20 days holiday (5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown) - increases to 25 days
- Pension
- Parking available
- Previous administration experience is desirable however not essential
- Own transport required due to office location
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of accuracy with ability to work to a deadline
- Good organisation skills and able to multi-task
- SAGE 50 experience is desirable however not essential
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
