We are seeking a dynamic individual to join in the role of Senior Account Manager for Spain, North Africa, France and potentially other markets. This position will be instrumental in cultivating and nurturing business relationships with our Partners and key accounts, with a primary focus on driving revenue and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and the Key Account community. Assess performance and manage customer expectations for positive outcomes. Collaborate with the Sr Business Manager to forecast sales volume and identify growth opportunities. Gather market data to innovate and tap into new market segments. Assist in setting performance goals and managing business plans.
  • Sales & Commercial Execution: Provide sales reports, forecast, and manage opportunities. Manage customer project meetings and oversee the customer journey. Coordinate with design team for facility refurbishments. Estimate delivery dates and maintain sales data in Salesforce CRM.

The successful Senior Account Manager will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage but not essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales or account management experience in a commercial environment, including at least 4 years focused on the Spanish and/or other fitness markets.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including delivering presentations, seminars, and sales proposals.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects/accounts simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Experience managing top key accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial fitness market trends, business practices, and familiarity with fitness equipment.
  • Fluent in oral and written communication in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in management, leadership, and sales processes.
