Our client is seeking an Analyst to join their management consultancy, paying up to £36,000 plus bonus and benefits. Supporting business improvement projects, you will receive structured training and clear opportunities to progress into a Management Consultant role.
The head office is in Theale, but the role involves working on client sites across the UK, typically Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday depending on the assignment.
Duties:
- Analyse data and observe working practices to identify improvements
- Map processes and help quantify potential benefits
- Support the delivery of business transformation projects
- Build client relationships and help introduce new ways of working
Benefits:
- Up to £36,000 per annum plus performance bonus
- £4,836 car allowance, subject to holding a full UK driving licence and access to a car

Experience required:
- Business exposure through work experience, a placement or an early career role
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Willingness to travel across the UK
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car
