Our client is looking for an experienced and highly capable HR Business Partner to join an established and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an autonomous HR professional to working directly with business leaders and line managers to align people strategy with wider commercial goals and making a genuine impact across the organisation.
Salary is between £50,000 - £55,000. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
This is a fully office-based position and, due to the rural location, a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport is essential.
Duties:
- Strategic Alignment: Translate high-level business goals into practical workforce plans, talent strategies, and organisational designs
- Coaching and Consulting: Act as a trusted advisor and coach to executives and managers regarding performance, leadership, and team development
- Change Management: Leads organisational restructuring, culture shifts, and agile working models within specific business units
- Data-Driven Insights: Use HR metrics and analytics to diagnose workforce challenges, forecast talent needs, and measure the impact of people initiatives
- Complex Employee Relations: Handle high-level or escalated employee relations issues, structural changes, and risk mitigationBenefits:

Experience required:
- CIPD Level 5 required as an absolute minimum
- Experience working independently at a HR Business Partner level
- Clean Criminal Record: Must have no criminal convictions
