Digital Construction Manager required to join an established leading national contractor to support delivery of large-scale projects across the Midlands and the North. The role is predominately office based, with site visits likely taking place once a week. Distance and frequency will vary depending on project requirements.
Duties:
- Lead the implementation of BIM and Digital Construction processes across projects
- Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans - BEPs and Information Management Plans - IMPs
- Coordinate design teams and supply chain partners to ensure high-quality digital delivery
- Oversee clash detection, model coordination and information management
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and client information requirements
- Support project teams with digital tools, workflows and best practices
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital construction across the business

Experience required:
- Experience as a Digital Construction Manager, BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator working for a main contractor
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and ISO 19650
- Good knowledge of design coordination, clash detection and Construction Operations Building Information Exchange - COBie is essential
- Experience managing and coordinating digital information across large-scale construction projects
- Proficient in ACC - Autodesk Construction Cloud, now Autodesk Forma, Solibri and BIM collab
- Any experience on DfE projects is desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with design teams, consultants and subcontractors
- A proactive approach with a passion for digital construction, innovation and continuous improvement
