IMMEDIATE requirement for self-employed CIS Multi Traders to work within Social Housing on voids/tenanted projects. £200 day rate.

Candidates will ideally have experience working on voids, working to drawings, and putting in a hard day's graft. Your work will be inspected on a daily basis. A hard working attitude is essential given the extent of voids to be dealt with.

Although carpentry is the core trade required, candidates must be able to offer other skills, such as plumbing, tiling etc. Pay per day is - self employed CIS £200. Van Required.
