Our client requires a highly capable, autonomous Senior HR Advisor to join an established team and organisation, in what will be hands-on and rewarding role.

Due to the rural office location, having a valid driving license and your own transport is strictly required.
This is not a hybrid position and requires an experienced individual who thrives in a hands-on role working on a daily basis with a supportive and productive team.
Duties:
Provide professional, senior high-level support, advice and guidance, managing Employee Relations (ER) cases from inception to resolution, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance capability
Pro-actively support the Head of Service and Director of People with the implementation and delivery of relevant ER people strategy objectives
Produce and analyse key ER data including sickness and formal case work
Benefits:
Β£47,000 - Β£49000 per annum
Salary potentially negotiable depending on experience
25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
Experience required:
CIPD Level 5 required as an absolute minimum
Extensive, demonstrable experience leading ER casework independently
Experience working independently at a Senior HR Advisor level with focus on employee relations
Clean Criminal Record: Must have no criminal convictions
DBS Check: A clean Enhanced DBS check is required. If you do not possess a current, transferable DBS check, a risk assessment will be carried out whilst DBS check is carried out
