The Role
As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and teamwork, while helping to inspire, train and develop the brigade. - Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen

- Experience managing costs, budgets and stock control
- Solid knowledge of EHO and Health & Hygiene regulations

- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proof of the right to work in the UK
