Salary: Up to £37,000, dependent on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week (Early, mid and late shifts including weekdays, weekends and bank holidays)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at a prestigious private members' club, where quality, creativity and exceptional service are at the heart of everything we do.

The Role

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene and teamwork, while helping to inspire, train and develop the brigade. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef who thrives in a busy, high-standard environment and is eager to grow within a professional and supportive team.

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a busy kitchen

  • A track record of delivering exceptional dishes under pressure
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A team-focused approach and commitment to maintaining high service standards
  • Experience managing costs, budgets and stock control
  • Solid knowledge of EHO and Health & Hygiene regulations
  • Ambition to learn, develop and progress your career
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proof of the right to work in the UK
