Halo ITSM Consultant We are looking for an experienced
Halo ITSM Consultant
to join a global IT Service Management specialist based in Reading. Offering a salary of
up to Β£80,000, hybrid working and excellent benefits , this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of client projects, implementing, configuring and optimising HaloITSM solutions. Duties: Lead client discovery workshops to understand service management requirements and challenges Design and configure HaloITSM solutions including workflows, service catalogues, SLAs, automation and reporting Support integrations, data migration, testing and deployment Deliver client training, knowledge transfer and post-implementation support Work closely with project teams and client stakeholders to continually improve HaloITSM solutions Benefits: Salary up to Β£80,000 depending on experience Hybrid working 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension, private healthcare and life insurance Education and training opportunities Experience required: Previous experience implementing, configuring or supporting
HaloITSM Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and ITIL principles Experience gathering requirements and translating these into technical and process solutions Knowledge of workflows, service catalogues, SLAs, automation, reporting, integrations and data migration Strong communication, consultancy and stakeholder management skills HaloITSM and ITIL certifications would be advantageous, although relevant professional experience will also be considered.
