Experienced Automotive Service Advisor required to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 6pm, and Saturdays, 8am - 2pm on a 1 in 3 rotation.

Daily duties:
- Arrange vehicle services via telephone and face to face communication
- Understand customer's requirements, addressing any specific concerns
- Manage and follow up all work in progress on customer vehicles; liaise regularly with the customer and Workshop Controller (and Technicians as required) to meet pre-arranged time frames
- Contact customers to advise of further services or costs that arise during the service
- Arrange alternative transport for the customer
