The Role
As the Ecommerce Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing the company's online customer accounts, delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first enquiry through to post-sale support and ongoing account management. Acting as the primary point of contact for all Ecommerce enquiries, you'll build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities to increase sales, and ensure customers receive a seamless and professional service throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to all Ecommerce enquiries.
- Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to post-sale account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads for the Senior Business Development team.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand product and service offerings.
- Manage customer enquiries within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the continued success of the business.
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, or Ecommerce support.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and Ecommerce platforms (essential).
- A basic understanding of AV products and solutions would be advantageous but is not essential.
