An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client based in Woking as a Project Administrator. The role will involve supporting the office with general administration and following up on any internal correspondence, highlighting any issues to ensure the work is processed in a timely manner.

As the Project Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Administrative support for multiple teams using in-house databases.
- Ensuring projects are compliant with the companies' rules and legislation.
- First class customer service both to colleagues and external clients.
- Arranging meetings including booking and setting up meeting rooms and proficiency with Zoom / Microsoft Teams.
- Producing report appendices & ensuring report formatting is completed to a high level.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
