The Role

As Senior Health & Safety Manager, you will:

  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of Health & Safety systems, policies, and procedures
  • Promote a positive, proactive safety culture across all departments
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments, ensuring effective corrective actions are implemented
  • Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to managers and employees
  • Investigate incidents and implement preventative measures and lessons learned
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant Health & Safety legislation and industry best practice
  • Work closely with senior leadership to drive engagement and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the key point of contact for regulatory bodies and external audits

  • Proven experience in a senior Health & Safety leadership role within engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels

  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Health & Safety qualification

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience
