We are looking for a German Speaking Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy and personable team. This position offers an annual salary of £28,571 - £35,802. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.30pm.

Duties:

  • Ordering and reserving parts, invoicing and payments
  • Handling general after-sales questions while working in a team with the service department
  • Making estimates when necessary
  • Achieving sales by prospecting, acquiring and maintaining accounts
  • Answering all customer questions by phone, email and face-to-face
  • Assisting in checking parts inventory
  • Maintaining contact with workshops, service advisors and customers
  • Cold calling and building relationships

Experience required:

  • Multilingual, Dutch and/or German
