21 days holiday + bank holidays + birthday day off + Christmas shutdown in addition to holiday entitlement, Life Assurance, Private Healthcare, Pension, Employee Assistance Programme Working closely with Legal Counsel, you'll take ownership of day-to-day contract matters, providing practical, commercially focused advice to stakeholders across the organisation. As the Commercial Contracts Specialist, you will be responsible for: Draft, review, amend and negotiate B2B contracts with customers, suppliers and partners. Manage NDAs, confidentiality agreements, renewals, amendments and variations. Identify contractual risks and recommend practical solutions. Advise on key provisions including liability, indemnities, warranties, IP, confidentiality, data protection and termination. Provide clear contractual guidance to non-legal stakeholders. Support IP, licensing, content rights and compliance matters. Maintain contract templates, clause libraries and contract records. Support contract lifecycle management and improvements to legal processes and technology. The successful Commercial Contracts Specialist will have the following related skills & experience: 3+ years' commercial contracts experience
ideally gained in-house or within a commercial legal/contracting environment, with strong experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating B2B agreements under English law. Strong commercial judgement and the ability to identify and manage contractual risk. Confidence drafting alternative wording and negotiating directly with stakeholders. Good knowledge of commercial contract provisions and IP/content rights. Excellent organisation, attention to detail and communication skills. A proactive, practical and solutions-focused approach. The ability to work independently while recognising when matters require escalation. Experience within an international, B2B services, professional services, technology, training or licensing environment would be advantageous.
