Private Client team based in Farnham.

This role offers the chance to provide essential secretarial and administrative support to a team of legal professionals handling a varied caseload of Private Client matters.

This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, enjoys delivering exceptional client service, and takes pride in providing accurate and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Private Client team.

Prepare, format, and amend legal documents and correspondence.

Audio and copy typing with a high level of accuracy.

Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting arrangements.

Handle client enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.

Assist with general administrative duties to support the department.

Ensure all work is completed accurately and within required timescales.

About You

The successful candidate will have: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within Private Client, or experience in another legal practice area.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong audio and copy typing abilities.

Outstanding communication and client care skills.

A proactive and positive approach to work.

Good IT skills and confidence using modern legal case management systems.

Experience with Tikit (Partner for Windows/PW4) would be advantageous but is not essential.

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
