The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Excellent opportunity to work with a highly successful solicitors who have a team of 60 specialist solicitors and advisers. You will be based in their central Reading office (no parking) and this role is purely office based.

They now need a Legal Secretary to join their growing Dispute Resolution team, to primarily support the team with secretarial and administrative support.

Your role:

  • Produce documents and correspondence as directed by solicitors

  • Efficient handling of telephone enquiries and calls

  • Provision of assistance to and dealing with tasks as delegated

  • File administration and data management

The person:

  • Ideally previous legal secretarial experience

  • Strong literacy skills

  • Experience of working in an administrative/support in a professional environment, preferably a law firm

  • Strong typing and MS Office skills

  • Database skills

  • Team player

  • Enthusiastic, flexible with a friendly/professional manner
