This is a 12 month + contract. Our client is seeking an experienced HR manager to assist with streamlining policies, processes and their benefits. You will work closely with a HR advisor and support their personal development too. Our client needs a professional HR Manager with exceptional stakeholder skills. Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and ER skills are also essential.
Your role as HR Manager:
- Oversee the HR team in daily operations
- Plan and implement strategic HR initiatives
- Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Conduct performance and talent management
- Oversee training and development programs
- Assist in the personal development of the HR Advisor
The successful HR Manager should have:
- Proven experience as a HR Manager
