Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with over 100 employees across three offices. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Paralegal to join their busy Dispute Resolution and Property Litigation team in Farnham. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is a graduate with previous Dispute Resolution and/or Property litigation work experience gained in the legal sector.
You will be working closely with two experienced Partners, gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of high-quality dispute resolution and property litigation matters.
Your role:
- Liaising with clients, opposing solicitors, litigants in person, court staff, and Counsel via telephone and email
- Preparing bundles for hearings, trials, and mediations
- Drafting court documents for both County Court and High Court proceedings
- Supporting fee earners with drafting pleadings, applications, witness statements, and instructions to Counsel
