Operations Administrator Part Time | 18.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) Reading £25,525 - £27,992 FTE
Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail? We're looking for an Operations Administrator to provide administrative support across compliance, estates and health & safety processes. Working closely with the Head of Estates, you'll help maintain accurate records, coordinate statutory inspections, manage contractor documentation and support audits to ensure compliance requirements are met.

As the Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Maintain compliance and health & safety records
- Coordinate statutory inspections and planned maintenance
- Manage contractor documentation and compliance records
- Support risk assessments, audits and inspections
- Record accidents and incidents
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Estates
The successful Operations Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:
- Previous administration or compliance experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong IT skills
- Great communication skills
- Experience within compliance, facilities, estates or health & safety would be advantageous
