Our growing client in Cosham, a leader in their sector, are recruiting a Digital Marketing Performance Executive to join them on a permanent basis. In this exciting role, you will drive growth and maximise performance across a broad suite of direct-to-consumer digital channels. You will craft high-impact campaigns, leverage marketing automation, optimise conversions, and manage SEO and website performance.
What you will be doing:
- Create & optimise performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and more.
- Analyse & report on key metrics like CPC, CPA, and ROAS to make data-driven decisions.
- Boost conversions through A/B testing, CRO strategies, and user journey enhancements.
- Automate & nurture leads via email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.
- Segment & target audiences to deliver personalised, high-converting campaigns.
- Manage budgets to ensure maximum ROI across all platforms.
- Enhance SEO & website performance by optimising content, tracking rankings, and ensuring best practices.
What we are looking for:
