We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Therapist to join our clients innovative Therapy Hub, supporting children and young people across their Trust schools. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a qualified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech & Language Therapist with experience working with children with complex needs and SEND. In this role you will be able to influence whole-school practice, lead a dedicated therapy team, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and young people.
The Role
- Lead and develop a team of therapists and therapy assistants.
- Deliver and oversee integrated therapeutic support within schools.
- Work collaboratively with school leaders, teachers, and NHS colleagues.
- Provide coaching, training, assessments, and therapeutic interventions.
- Drive service development, clinical excellence, and positive outcomes for pupils.
- Support the implementation of evidence-based therapeutic practices across educational settings.
About You
- A degree qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech & Language Therapy.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Experience working with children and young people with complex needs.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical reasoning skills.
- A passion for improving outcomes and supporting inclusive education.
