Facilities Administrator / Receptionist - Temporary CoverLocation: CheltenhamPay: Β£14 pr hourDates: 5th - 9th October 9-5pmWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Administrator / Receptionist to provide temporary cover at a prestigious client site in Cheltenham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly, professional and customer-focused individual who enjoys working with people and is confident managing a varied front-of-house role.

The RoleYou will be based in the development office and act as the main point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a warm, welcoming and professional service while helping to ensure the development is maintained to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carrying out regular hourly checks of the propertyActing as the first point of contact for residents, responding to queries and assisting with property-related issuesArranging and coordinating local contractors where requiredProviding helpful information about local services, events and places of interestIdentifying and reporting maintenance issuesMaintaining event and visitor suite diariesRepresenting the company in a friendly, professional and approachable mannerSupporting Health & Safety requirements at the developmentAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is: Experienced in reception, front of house, facilities or another customer-facing roleFriendly, approachable and confident dealing with peopleA clear and effective communicatorComfortable working independently and using their initiativeOrganised, proactive and practicalCustomer-focused, with the ability to understand and respond to residents' needsConfident using general IT systemsKnowledgeable about Health & SafetyExperience in office or contract management would be advantageous
