basis, with visits to
tenants'
homes, within a 6 mile radius from the office. Please note that
hybrid
working will begin after 2-3 full weeks spent in the office, and after this time, the individual will likely be in the office 1-2 days a week. Duties: Monitor all current account in
arrears
and take action Maximise customer income through
welfare benefits
and advice Prepare and
issue notices
of cases for
legal action Manage
court action, Notices Seeking Possession
(
NOSPs
), and
possession proceedings Attend
evictions
, working with
bailiffs
and

income management, tenancy management
experience Housing law, welfare benefits, debt advice
