A leading accountancy and advisory firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Senior Manager with strong transactions tax expertise to join their successful and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of M&A and due diligence projects, advising both purchasers and management teams across a diverse client base - from owner-managed businesses to international groups. You will be involved in an array of interesting and high-impact work, including acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations, management buyouts, and international tax structuring.
