BIM Information Manager required to join our established client, working on 2-3 large commercial projects. This is not a hybrid role and does require occasional travel to local sites. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Salary will likely be £38,000 - £40,000 per annum depending on experience. A Document Controller looking for a step up will be considered. Duties: Draft and maintain the project Information Management Protocol (IMP) Ensure that locations and processes for creating and storing project information are defined and agreed at project start-up as per the Information Management Register (IMR) and Task Information Delivery Plans TIDP and Master Information Delivery Plan MIDP Provide clear direction to the project team on the use of the defined project information management systems and tools and drive ongoing adherence - when required upload documents to the CDE Allocate, control document numbering, naming systems for project documentation and carry out data checks on all incoming shared, published documents and initiate and manage required workflow Generate reports and monitor data analytics to provide feedback to the project team on project performance throughout the project lifecycle Ongoing monitoring and governance of the file structure of the CDE and the project share drive, monitoring document submission performance progress, coordinating the review process and ensuring deadlines are met Provide continuous improvement feedback to the Regional Digital Delivery Managers and the central Digital Information team on both performance of key systems, tools and group standard templates, procedures and forms Understanding of BS EN ISO 19650 Parts 1 & 2 standard for information management and application during the delivery and handover of a built asset Working with the Information Manager and or the Regional Digital Delivery Manager to; Assist with set-up at Project Level of the CDE (ASITE) in alignment to the Group Standard Provide clear direction to project team on the use of the Project CDE (ASITE) and other project information management systems Benefits: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum 25 days holiday On site parking Option to buy 3 additional days every year Pension X2 life assurance Cycle to work scheme Season ticket loans Discounted gym memberships Experience required: BIM information management experience Asite , Procore, Aconex, 4P, experience is highly desirable A natural troubleshooter with excellent organisational skills Excellent communication skills Able to work under pressure and to tight timescales with an energetic, positive attitude Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
