Our client is seeking a
GRADUATE Electrical Engineer
for an
office
based
Technical Support
position. Very occasional on-site visits. Salary will be between
£30,000 - £35,000
DOE. Monday to Friday
9:00am - 5:30pm. Duties: Supporting both business clients,

, installers as well as the general public Working with a ticketing system, handling both inbound and outbound support calls and emails Troubleshoot

issues Remote monitoring
to try to find a solution over the telephone Remotely diagnose
product issues Provide external and internal
technical product training Assisting the Head of

with development, writing up and implementing of
ISO
procedures for the department Assisting with
technical documentation

Electrical, Engineering, Technical An electrical background is ideal and any metering experience that would be a benefit Strong technical background and can learn products quickly Experience or knowledge with
