We are seeking a highly organised Assistant Buyer to join a growing organisation based in Theale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration, procurement, or buying experience to join a fast-paced and collaborative team. This is a permanent Assistant Buyer opportunity based at the Head Office in Theale, with hybrid working available.

As the Assistant Buyer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the purchasing inbox, responding to service requests, queries, invoices, and procurement tasks
- Buying and performance managing service contracts
- Maintaining accurate service contract records and supporting procurement processes
- Obtaining supplier quotes and liaising with suppliers to support buying activity
- Supporting supplier relationships and helping to deliver measurable KPIs
- Assisting with project coordination, data management, and reporting
- Problem-solving and managing stakeholder expectations
