Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a busy and personable team. This position is paying an annual salary of £28,000 - £35,000 DOE. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6:00pm with 1 hybrid working day.
Duties:
- Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications.
- Assess the needs of the building and its users and advise the client on the practicality of their project.
- Assist with preparation and design proposals specifically using computer-aided design (CAD) and other design software.
- Working knowledge of building regulations and planning legislation.
- Working on housing/residential projects of varying scales.
Benefits:
