This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of M&A and due diligence projects, advising both purchasers and management teams across a diverse client base - from owner-managed businesses to international groups.
You’ll be involved in an array of interesting and high-impact work, including acquisitions and disposals, group reorganisations, management buyouts, and international tax structuring.
