3rd Line IT Engineer to a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £ 35,000 – £50,000. Working hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 – 5:30pm . Duties: Providing technical support to clients by phone, email and on – site visits Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Conduct regular maintenance tasks Work as part of a team and alongside other departments to contribute to ongoing service enhancements All other relevant tasks Benefits: £35,000 – £50,000 per annum 20 days holiday (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown) + Bank Holidays Pension Experience required: Must have a full UK driving licence to be able to travel to client sites when needed Managed Service Provider experience Technical proficiency across: Windows server (including Active Directory, DNS & DHCP) Microsoft 365 Windows 10/11 Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs & VPNs) Experienced firewall knowledge form setup through to administering To note there will be no hybrid / remote working in this position.
