Job Title : Workday People Systems Manager Location: UK / Hybrid Job Type: Permanent / Full-Time We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Workday People Systems Manager to lead Workday delivery, optimisation and service management. Position OverviewYou will provide hands-on Workday expertise , lead a team of Workday specialists and own the ongoing development, support and governance of the platform. Key Responsibilities Lead Workday configuration, development and optimisation Manage Workday delivery from requirements through to deployment Own incidents, service requests and change management Lead Workday security, access and data governance Manage Workday releases, testing and tenant health Lead, coach and develop a Workday delivery team Work closely with HR, IT and business stakeholders Drive continuous improvement across the Workday environment Qualifications 5+ years' hands-on Workday experience Strong Workday HCM experience Experience with additional Workday modules Proven configuration and technical delivery experience Experience across Workday implementations and major change Strong knowledge of Workday security and data governance Experience with ITIL / Agile / Scrum Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills What We Offer Senior Workday management opportunity Hands-on technical and functional responsibility Opportunity to shape and optimise a Workday environment Competitive salary and benefits If you are an experienced Workday People Systems Manager and are open to a new opportunity, please get in touch.
