We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Workday Systems Analyst to support the transition of Workday into Business as Usual (BAU). This is an exciting opportunity to join a new team at a pivotal moment, embedding best practices, driving adoption, and helping shape the future of our Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and delivery of Workday strategy in line with business goals.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance a range of Workday modules, including HCM, Recruiting, Absence, and Time Tracking.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and user queries; ensure compliance with IT change governance.
- Partner with People, IT, and business stakeholders to embed Workday and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and support testing, training, release planning, documentation, and reporting activities.
- Maintain security and data integrity, ensure reporting needs are met, and manage Workday integrations with IT.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven hands-on experience configuring multiple Workday modules (HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Time Tracking).
- Familiarity with Advanced Comp, Benefits, and Talent & Performance is a plus.
- Experience supporting Workday\’s bi-annual releases and BAU activities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, particularly in data quality, audits, and EIB uploads.
- Ability to create calculated fields, dashboards, reports, and design Workday Journeys and surveys.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
