Job Title: Workday Reporting & Analytics Analyst
Location: Hybrid Working – 1 or 2 times on-site in Central London
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum + Benefits
This is a Full Time Permanent position.

About the Role
Join an industry leading Global Workday Customer as a Workday Reporting & Analytics Analyst.
The business have been Live with Workday for a number of years & are heavily invested in the platform across Workday HCM & Financials.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the ongoing evolution of the Workday platform, with a particular focus on Workday HCM reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision support across the business.
You will be a vital member of the internal Workday team, responsible for the design, development, and optimisation of reports and dashboards across the full Workday reporting suite.
Working closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and senior leadership, you’ll enable data transparency and operational insights in a complex, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards using:
- Advanced Reports
- Custom Reports
- Matrix and Composite Reports
- Workday Slides
- Dashboards and Discovery Boards
- Develop and maintain Calculated Fields to support business logic and reporting requirements.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and other business units to understand data needs and deliver insightful, actionable reporting solutions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of reporting outputs with data governance standards.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Workday reporting best practices, tools, and features.
- Support report optimisation, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc analytics requests.
- Collaborate with Workday technical and functional teams on cross-functional initiatives.
- Stay current with Workday updates and releases to assess impact on reporting and analytics capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 Years hands-on experience across the full Workday reporting suite, including:
- Advanced, Custom, Matrix, and Composite Reporting
- Workday Slides
- Dashboards and Discovery Boards
- Calculated Fields
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into Workday reporting solutions.
- Solid understanding of HCM and/or Financials data structures within Workday.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global enterprise environment.
- Previous experience in a large enterprise Workday environment (multi-country, multi-business unit) strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Desirable Skills
- Workday Prism Analytics experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with Workday security model as it relates to reporting.
- Exposure to people analytics, workforce planning, or data visualisation tools.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
