A London based client is currently deploying Workday HCM with their Go Live planned for later this year. They need a Workday SME / Product Lead with strong skills and experience in HCM and Absence, and ideally UK Payroll; anything else is a bonus.
They are mid-Workday implementation and the internal team is at maximum capacity, requiring assistance. Absence is particularly complex due to multiple union agreements and many configuration scenarios causing repeated test failures.
The ideal candidate should have experience in various areas including:
- Deployments
- Hypercare
- Post-go-live support models
Experience in understanding what the Post Go Live Support model needs to look like, including designing triage/escalation (tier 1 / tier 2 / tier 3), is also required. The candidate will act as the internal Workday SME to push back or influence the Systems Integrator when needed.
Onsite requirement: the candidate needs to be able to be in the London office 2 - 3 days per week depending on the activities scheduled for any given week.
