Position: Workday HRIS Systems Analyst – Core HCM & Absence
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time
Start Date: ASAP
Location: London, Hybrid Working Pattern of 3 days per week onsite
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits
I have a fantastic opportunity for a Workday HRIS Systems Analyst with strong skills across Core HCM and Absence to join a market-leading Global organisation in Central London.
This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic and close-knit team with a superb dynamic working across a Global Workday Estate.
Role Details/Key Skills:

  • Your role will be to support the business in designing and optimising their business processes.
  • This will include Workday System Configuration, maintenance and enhancements of the Workday Absence module and act as the main touchpoint within the team for all Workday matters within the Absence area
  • Ideally you will be skilled in – or open to taking on – additional modular areas within Workday
  • Any hands on experience of Workday Talent or Performance is Highly Desirable
  • You must have strong hands on skills with Workday Absence module
  • Previously worked in a fast based versatile environment
  • Excellent communication skills paired with outstanding stakeholder management skills are required
