Position:Workday HRIS Systems Analyst – Core HCM & Absence
Employment Type:Permanent, Full Time
Start Date:ASAP
Location:London, Hybrid Working Pattern of 3 days per week onsite
Salary:£70,000 – £75,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits
I have a fantastic opportunity for a Workday HRIS Systems Analyst with strong skills across Core HCM and Absence to join a market-leading Global organisation in Central London.
This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic and close-knit team with a superb dynamic working across a Global Workday Estate.
Role Details/Key Skills:
- Your role will be to support the business in designing and optimising their business processes.
- This will include Workday System Configuration, maintenance and enhancements of the Workday Absence module and act as the main touchpoint within the teamfor all Workday matters within the Absence area
- Ideally you will be skilled in – or open to taking on – additional modular areas within Workday
- Any hands on experience of Workday Talent or Performance is Highly Desirable
- You must have strong hands on skills with Workday Absence module
- Previously worked in a fast based versatile environment
- Excellent communication skills paired with outstanding stakeholder management skills are required
