Role Overview We're looking for an experienced Workday Financials Data Analyst to join a major Workday Financials transformation programme on an initial 6-month contract .
You'll play a key role in supporting data migration, validation, reconciliation and reporting activities, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data throughout the programme lifecycle.
This role requires someone who is hands-on, technically strong and confident working with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality data outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Support Workday Financials data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
Analyse and validate financial data to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the programme.
Work closely with Finance, IT and project teams to resolve data quality issues.
Support testing, cutover and deployment activities from a data perspective.
Produce and maintain documentation for data mapping, validation and reconciliation processes.
Collaborate with functional consultants, technical teams and business stakeholders.
Identify data risks and proactively recommend solutions.
Support reporting and data analysis across the Workday Financials platform.
