We are looking for a highly skilled Workday Absence and Time Expert to support the optimisation and enhancement of a global Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) platform. This role will focus on Absence and Time Tracking, working closely with stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, customise, and support Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
  • Lead functional workshops and document clear functional specifications
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Absence
