We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Reporting Manager to lead reporting design, delivery, and optimisation initiatives for enterprise clients undergoing finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, build, testing, and maintenance of Workday Financials reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data sources.
  • Gather and translate complex finance and accounting reporting requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Manage reporting workstreams, including prioritisation, delivery tracking, stakeholder engagement, testing, and release support.
  • Troubleshoot reporting, data, and security-related issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
  • Support data migration activities and provide expertise on Workday Financials data structures and transactional flows.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive reporting improvements and maximise business value from Workday.

Required Experience

  • Proven expertise in Workday Financials Reporting, including advanced reporting and dashboard development.
  • Experience leading reporting workstreams and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes within ERP environments.
  • Experience with at least two end-to-end Workday Financials implementations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project delivery skills.

Certifications
