We are seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant to join a large-scale SAP ECC Decoupling programme for a leading enterprise client. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a complex transformation project, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support the separation and optimisation of SAP ECC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP Materials Management (MM) activities within an ECC decoupling programme.
- Analyse existing ECC MM processes and design solutions to support system separation and transition requirements.
- Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to gather and document requirements.
- Configure SAP MM modules in line with business and project requirements.
- Support data migration, system integration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Conduct impact assessments and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage defects, issue resolution, and post-go-live support activities.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an SAP MM Consultant on SAP ECC environments.
- Strong experience working on SAP ECC decoupling, carve-out, separation, migration, or transformation programmes.
- Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Materials Management processes.
- Hands-on SAP MM configuration expertise.
- Experience working with cross-functional SAP modules including SD, FI/CO, WM, or EWM.
- Strong stakeholder management and business-facing communication skills.
- Experience supporting testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment.
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience on large-scale transformation or carve-out programmes.
- SAP S/4HANA exposure or migration project experience.
- Knowledge of data migration tools and integration frameworks.
- Experience working within regulated or complex enterprise environments.
