Focus on WD are seeking a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join a newly live market leading Workday End-User based in Central London.
Location: Hybrid Working - x3 days per week onsite in London
Salary: £70,000- £80,000 per annum (dependant on experience) plus bonus and benefits
This is a Full Time Permanent position. Please be advised, Candidates must be in the UK with Right to Work. No Sponsorship is available for this position.
About the Role
My customer is looking for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to join their growing team. The organisation went live with Workday towards the middle of Q2 this year, and they are now looking for someone to drive adoption, best practice and the product direction within the organisation. If you are looking for a role where you will make an immediate impact and work as the Senior HRIS Professional within the business alongside the Workday Product Manager, then this role is for you.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-5+ years of experience across the Workday Product Suite with strong configuration capabilities across Core HCM and at least x2 of the following modules:
- Core HCM
- Absence
- Recruiting
- Benefits
- Talent
- Performance
- Advanced Compensation
- The ability to work in a strategic capacity whilst remaining hands-on with the product
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to champion the "art of the possible" across the organisation.
- 3rd party management capabilities, and prior experience working closely with SI/AMS partners to ensure 3rd party support and solutions are fit for purpose.
- Proven capabilities of acting as the Workday Product Champion within an organisation, providing knowledge transfer, product adoption, and driving best practice within the company.
