We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to guide teams while translating business needs into robust solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development
- Hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
- Deliver solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g. MuleSoft)
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance across delivery teams
- Support Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
