We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise and the ability to guide teams while translating business needs into robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development
  • Hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows
  • Deliver solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
  • Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g. MuleSoft)
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and governance across delivery teams
  • Support Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and release management

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years Salesforce development experience
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce architecture
  • Proven experience across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
  • Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and data modelling
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and version control (Git)
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in solution architecture and large-scale implementations
  • Advanced knowledge of LWC design patterns and Experience Cloud
