Job Summary
We are seeking two experienced Workday Integration Developers to join a high-performing Application Platforms team within a complex enterprise environment. This is a key technical role where you will design, build, and support scalable Workday integrations across HR and core enterprise systems, ensuring secure and efficient data flow across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, RaaS, APIs)
- Manage data flows between Workday and downstream systems including Payroll, Finance, IAM, and data platforms
- Support API management (SOAP/REST), authentication models, and integration performance monitoring
- Implement secure integration practices including encryption, PGP, secrets management, and network configuration
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
- Support release management activities including testing, deployment, and break/fix resolution
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems through audits, validation, and ongoing maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical integration solutions
- Support continuous improvement of Workday integrations and related processes
- Provide knowledge sharing and support to HRIS and technical teams
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Workday Core HCM
- Hands-on experience developing Workday integrations (Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, PECI, APIs)
- Strong understanding of HR processes and enterprise data flows
- Experience with Workday reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong focus on data integrity, security, and continuous improvement
Desirable Skills
- Workday certification (any functional area)
- Experience working in global or distributed enterprise environments
