We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials professional to lead Finance Transformation and reporting initiatives, with a strong focus on Workday Accounting Centre and Prism Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of Workday Financials, Accounting Centre, and Prism Analytics solutions.
  • Build end-to-end Prism data pipelines, including data mapping, transformation, and reporting.
  • Develop advanced financial and operational reporting, including composite reports and analytics dashboards.
  • Manage project scope, stakeholders, and delivery teams across Workday implementations.
  • Partner with business and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Provide leadership, governance, and best practices across ERP and cloud-based finance transformation projects.

Required Experience

  • Proven experience delivering Workday Financials implementations, including Accounting Centre and Prism Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP, EPM, cloud platforms, data integration, reporting, and analytics.
  • Experience leading stakeholders, managing delivery teams, and driving successful project outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical audiences.
  • Experience across multiple full-cycle Workday implementations.

Certifications

  • Active Workday Financials Certification.
  • Active Workday Prism Analytics Certification.
  • Additional Workday certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Finance, Accounting, or related business background.
  • Consulting or professional services experience.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
