We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration activities for large-scale Workday Financials implementations. This role is responsible for defining migration strategy, leading delivery teams, ensuring data quality, and managing stakeholder engagement throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of Workday Financials data migration projects.
- Manage all migration phases including data extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, and cutover.
- Define migration scope, success criteria, and delivery plans aligned to programme objectives.
- Oversee data cleansing, standardisation, and quality improvement activities.
- Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to resolve data challenges and ensure successful outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate migration risks, manage dependencies, and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Develop and maintain migration documentation, mappings, controls, and governance processes.
- Mentor and lead migration team members while promoting best practices.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience leading complex enterprise data migration programmes, preferably within Finance transformations.
- Proven track record delivering at least 2 full-cycle Workday Financials implementations.
