We are recruiting for a permanent SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Consultant to join a specialist payroll consulting practice supporting a large and diverse client base across the UK and internationally. This is a consulting delivery role. We are specifically seeking candidates with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementation and support experience in a consulting environment. In-house payroll managers without consulting delivery experience are unlikely to be suitable.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Payroll implementations
- Post-go-live support and optimisation
- Client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design
- Troubleshooting complex payroll and system issues
- For senior profiles: solution architecture, delivery leadership, and governance
- Projects span multiple clients and lifecycle stages (implementation, support, enhancements)
Required Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors Payroll
- Background in a consulting / system integrator / advisory environment
- Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of UK payroll for UK-facing roles
Desirable:
- Experience across multiple payroll implementations
- Ability to work independently in a delivery role
- Experience mentoring or leading junior consultants (for senior profiles)
Seniority and Package
Open to a wide experience range: 2–3 years up to 15–20+ years. Salary typically £60,000 – £100,000 base, depending on experience. Exceptional senior profiles may be considered above this range with clear justification. Permanent role.
Working Model
Remote working as standard. UK working hours required. Candidates may be based in the UK, Europe, South Africa, India, or Canada, provided UK payroll expertise is strong.
