We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA SCM Lead (MM/LE) to join a major transformation programme delivering a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role within a complex enterprise environment, driving the design and deployment of Supply Chain Management solutions across Procurement, Inventory Management, and Logistics Execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the SAP S/4HANA MM and LE workstreams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, challenge, and define requirements.
- Design and implement scalable SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Provide functional leadership across configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
- Manage integrations with related SAP modules including SD, PP, WM/EWM, and Finance.
- Support data migration, cutover planning, and change management activities.
- Act as the SME for SAP MM and LE, providing guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
- Drive best practice adoption and ensure solution quality throughout delivery.
Required Experience
- Proven experience leading SAP S/4HANA SCM implementations with a strong focus on Materials Management (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE).
- Extensive hands-on SAP configuration experience within MM and LE.
- Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, warehouse, and logistics processes.
- Experience leading workshops, stakeholder engagement, and business process design sessions.
- Knowledge of integration points across SAP Supply Chain and Finance modules.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience working within large-scale transformation or ERP programmes.
Desirable
- Experience with SAP EWM, TM, or related Supply Chain solutions.
- SAP S/4HANA certification.
- Experience working in complex, multi-site enterprise environments.
