Salesforce Technical Architect Location: London 3 days onsite Duration: 12 months We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions as part of a large-scale digital transformation programme. Key Responsibilities Define and govern Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Design integrations with enterprise platforms using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures. Lead technical design reviews, security, data governance, and platform scalability. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and delivery partners to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to development teams. Support Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and solution quality assurance. Required Skills & Experience ~8+ years' experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect. ~ Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and integrations. ~ Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes. ~ Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. ~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Experience with Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, or AI-driven customer solutions. Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA certification.
